WHY ARE CASES OF DEPRESSION INCREASING?

Well-being

In this beautiful and practical world, our society have differentiated everything in two. There are discrimination in cast & creed, male & female, scholar & duffer, mind & body, etc.

If we experience fever we go to some Regular Homeopathy or Allopathy Doctor.

If we have Eye Disease we go to Eye Doctor.

Physical problem? We go to Physiotherapist.

Tooth problem? We have Dentist.

We don’t even miss our Routine Check Up’s.

But what’s with the mind?

Our mind is equivalent to our body. If sometimes we feel down or upset or constantly feel low when sun goes down,  we don’t know what to do?

Have we ever thought of getting it checked up? Or do something about it? In fact we find a problem for getting upset, which sometimes is just a reason, and not the actual problem.

Major cases of depression that occurs is mostly because we don’t know that mind equally needs food, check up’s and attention. If sometimes it gets sick, we give it random names like ego, mood swing, feeling low, which we have marked as “normal” in our books and at the end we forget it or wait till someone else makes us feel good.

A regular checkup for mind and it’s strength is something to dream about now.

When someone is claimed to be in depression or on the verge of getting in the stage, prefers to go to a psychologists who prescribes medicines OR a psychiatrist? Thinking medicines will help get out of problems faster. It’s like  getting a chemotherapy at the first stage of cancer?

Medicines majorly helps and enables to have more sleep. Cases in depression normally cannot sleep because of constant over thinking. Few medicines is just a way to ignore those thoughts by sleeping.

We are barely aware of the fact of which doctor is when needed for us. There’s no shame to go to a psychologist or a counselor sometimes just because you experience a lot of mood swings Or just to have someone to talk. That doesn’t mean that you are mentally not stable or abnormal . Do you accept yourself as physically challenged after getting a small fracture or sprain? Don’t wait to find the key of basement when storm arrives. If anywhere it’s giving you hints of coming, Cure it before it includes you in it’s black hole.

It is scientifically proved that people who decide to go to a psychologist in need are more free and strong then people who don’t. It’s good to have a little chat over ‘only’ about yourself and your brain, to understand it’s strength and weakness more & there’s Absolutely Nothing To Be Shameful About It.
