In the challenging time that we’ve been through these last couple of years, many people have used services from a therapist. However, statistics also show that most of them have failed to continue the service and left their healing journey halfway.
Even if you have taken the service of a therapist or not, these sure-shot ways will make sure that you remain in your truest self, being calm and stress-free.
Before I share all 4 points with you, I need you to understand this.
Take a deep breath. This may seem like a simple and obvious tip, but taking a deep breath can have a profound effect on your stress levels. When you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed, your breath tends to become shallow and rapid. By consciously taking a deep breath, you can slow down your heart rate and calm your mind. This can help you to feel more in control and better able to handle whatever situation is causing you stress.
Engage in physical activity. Exercise is a great way to release tension and reduce stress. When you engage in physical activity, your body releases endorphins, which are chemicals that can improve your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety. Additionally, exercise can help to clear your mind and give you a sense of accomplishment.
Practice mindfulness. Mindfulness is the practice of focusing on the present moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgment. By practicing mindfulness, you can gain a greater sense of control over your thoughts and emotions, which can help to reduce stress.
Connect with others. Social support is an important factor in managing stress. Having close relationships with others can provide a sense of belonging, security, and support, which can help to reduce feelings of stress. Even simple acts of social connection, such as having a conversation with a friend or spending time with family, can have a positive effect on your stress levels.

1- A Walk on The Grass or Sand
The grass is proven to Relieves Stress. Green is a soothing color that helps calm your mind and reduces tension. But that is not the only reason why it is such a blessing. The main goal here is to feel mother earth through grass. To be rooted in where we belong and be in touch.
Walk barefoot on grass or sand near a beach. Having said that, beach water is salty and tends to take away all the negativities.

2- Go on a Hike
If you are stuck in your daily routine of living and going from block to block, you need this.
Buckle up your shoes and go for a small hike early in the morning, The soothing smell of tall trees, and greenery are sore to the eyes, and our body and mind long for. Inhale the relatively cold air and exhale warmth.
Here the focus is not on how much your body will be able to hike but to walk slowly and let the scene of a forest submerge inside you.
3- Mandala Art
If you want to start with something at home, Mandala art is the thing for you. The best thing about mandala is that you can either draw it or buy a printed book from amazon to color it.
There are specific sketch pens that are available to buy too. Keep your phone aside and integrate yourself into the colors of the mandala.
The best part about mandala is that no matter whichever color you pick, no matter what absurd combination of colors you throw in, in the end, the result is always mesmerizing
4- Just Keep Swimming
Yes, you probably would know by now how swimming in waters gives an abundance of peace. From feeling light on your weight to floating on water is just the formula to get relaxed. Swimming, like all exercise, releases endorphins in your brain. These are the hormones that make you feel good. They help to increase positivity and bring about a sense of well-being and happiness. Some research has shown that swimming may help to treat stress. If nothing, try drawing a bath for an hour without your phone but with some soothing music and sleep in there with an alarm.
